I first became a personal trainer 10 years ago as a means to becoming a much more competitive track and field athlete. I wasn’t gifted with genetics like some of my other competitors so i had to overcome that obstacle with relentless effort through physical training. Physical training taught me that the more effort you put into each training day the greater your return on investment. After my career as an athlete ended i decided to share that passion with as many people as i could come into contact with.
as my skills developed over the course of my career i have learned that there was more to success than just the level of effort that one puts into their work. the three biggest components to success that I have learned are: Passion, perseverance, and execution/intent. Your passion is the spark that starts the fire. Life will happen to you regardless of how well you prepare for challenges. Your perseverance will keep you in the game. and finally, you cannot expect to go anywhere without proper execution of your plan.
