Fitness has been a major part of my life since I was 6 years old. It was very important to my family that I grow up with a strong influence of exercise in my life. My obsession with physical training began to grow as I competed in track and field throughout my high school and college career. I was never the genetically gifted with speed but I knew that if I trained hard I could make up for what I lacked genetically.
Personal training found me 10 years ago during my first semester in college. I wanted to know how I could gain more of an edge against my competition so I enrolled in a class that prepared it’s students to become personal trainers. My obsession for bettering myself quickly shifted to bettering the lives of those around me.
I have studied under some of the best coaches in the industry and culminated a wealth of knowledge from some of the best continuing education courses that are offered to fitness professionals. Physical training is a part of me. If don’t train I notice an immediate impact on my productivity as well as my emotional state of mind. The best version of myself is the version that trains daily. My goal is to help you to become the best version of yourself so that you can leave a lasting legacy!
