This 8 week program is going to put your body to the test. I've taken some of the most fundamental lifts from each of these respective practices and built a program that will allow you to see significant progress in your strength goals. (push your body to it's limits). Each day will start off with a squat, pull, push circuit that will rotate between these three specialties. Training in this fashion will help you to push a little harder on some days, while backing off some on others to work your skills.
This program also includes many different accessory lifts for muscle hypertrophy, and to enhance skills like the pistol squat, barbell deadlift, kettlebell overhead press, and many more.
