Welcome to my Kettlebell MetCon Program! 


This 7 week program is packed with some of my favorite parts of kettlebell training including various overhead pressing movements, swings, and snatches! 


MetCon has three primary training days per week with two additional, optional training days that you can add in  if you're looking to push yourself a little harder.


The function of this program is to increase your overall work capacity and conditioning using the kettlebell as your primary tool!
