The Principles of Fitness Episode 12- Marcel Daane

Have you ever thought that something was wrong with you when, you misplaced your keys, lost your train of thought, or maybe you feel that your mental performance isn't quite where you'd like it to be.  Well then, take a deep sigh of relief because there is nothing wrong with you. The simple answer is that you may just need to touch up a couple of your daily habits in order to significantly improve your cognitive performance.

During this interview my next guest, Marcel Daane and I, discuss a new platform that he has developed to assess and improve cognitive performance. It's called the Headstrong Performance Assessment, and it is awesome!  There are four tests that gauge one's speed of processing, stress levels, impulse control, and lifestyle habits that could be affecting your mental health.  Once that information has been gathered we take a look at the minimum effective dose that one needs to do daily in order to improve your cognitive performance. The best thing of all is that it can take as little as 8 minutes a day!

On this episode of The Principles of Fitness Podcast we welcome 20 year vet to the industry Marcel Daane.  I have known Marcel for a few years now and he has always been on the cutting edge of mind and body performance.  He is one of the pioneers in the field of health and neuroscience in order to help improve the performance of individuals across a wide variety of industries.  He is also the author of the internationally acclaimed book, "Headstrong Performance- Improve Your Mental Performance With Nutrition, Exercise, and Neuroscience.”
